Really good run today. Went five miles at a seven minute pace. Knee felt great! Striders and soccer practice afterwards.

Another great run! Went eight miles with a thirty minute pace of around a six thirty mile. Knee felt really good. Felt it a bit at the run-a-thon but nothing major.

Nice and easy five mile run with 4 200's at the end. Still feeling my knee a bit but it's improving everyday. Won't be doing doubles with the team today because I have soccer at three thirty.

Great race today!!!! I finished were I should be finishing, of course I can always improve, but it felt good to have a nice race. Game plan was to stick with the Pine View pack and finish strong and that worked out well. Gotta give props to Colton, Taylor, and Matt for the team effort of keeping me and everyone in our group going. Looking forward to more great races. I didn't feel my knee at all which was way good!! Want to thank coach and the team for all they have done for me! Keep up the great work Pine View!!!!

Anther good race for me. It was a longer race than my last one but my min/mi improved by a few seconds. I still need to work on pushing it the last half mile, I settle to much at the end of the race. I keep learning what I'm capable of and what I need to do to get better so I'm hoping for constant improvement. The trip up North was way fun with the team. We had such a good time and had tons of fun.
