Calves were a bit tight and my knee was bugging a little, other than that it was a great run!
Low mileage but my knee wasn't feeling to good.
My knee felt a bit better today. Hopefully its a sign of healing and improvement.
Really good run today. Went five miles at a seven minute pace. Knee felt great! Striders and soccer practice afterwards.
Another great run! Went eight miles with a thirty minute pace of around a six thirty mile. Knee felt really good. Felt it a bit at the run-a-thon but nothing major.
